British designer Daniel Fletcher has been appointed Creative Director at a Chinese luxury fashion house. Fletcher, based in London, will split his time between China and London studios to oversee the brand's menswear and womenswear collections, as well as its leather goods and accessories.
Daniel Fletcher, a graduate of Central Saint Martins, launched his own label DANIEL w. FLETCHER in 2015. He has worked for renowned fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton, Lanvin, JW Anderson, and Fiorucci.
This appointment comes as the brand aims to expand globally. Fletcher will work closely with CEO Tina Jiang to align design and strategy in order to establish a stronger global presence.

Mithridate was founded in London in 2018 and is headquartered in Guangzhou. The brand opened its first store in Shanghai in 2022 and currently has seven locations in China. Plans are underway to expand further.
